Ingredients

- 1 Pound Lamb -- Cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions
|
Saute meat in butter until brown. Add onion and saute for 5 more minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes until sauce consistency. Serve.
