Ingredients

- 1 Cup Mixed Herbs -- Chopped
- 2 Pounds Mackerel Fillet
- 1/2 Cup White Wine -- Mixed With
- 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
|

Directions
|
In large pan, combine 1 cup water, the wine and vinegar mixture and the herbs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add fish. Simmer for 10 minutes, remove and serve with sauce.
