British - Welsh Lamb Pie

Ingredients
|
- 2 Pounds Lamb -- Cubed
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
- 4 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 2 Medium Pie Crust
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
|

Directions
|
Bring lamb, parsley, carrot, salt, pepper and broth to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour. Place pie crust in pie pan, add lamb mixture. Top with other pie crust. Vent and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until crust is browned.
