Ingredients

- 2 Cloves Garlic -- thinly sliced
- 1/2 Inch Fresh Ginger Root -- sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Tamarind Paste -- soaked and strained
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Directions
|
Crush the garlic and ginger in a food processor. add all other ingredients to processor and process to a smooth sauce. serve with any type of burmese food, especially fried vegetables.
