Ingredients

- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Ginger Root -- finely chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Celery Leaves -- coarsely chopped
- 2 Medium Scallions -- diced

Directions
|
Heat the broth with ginger, garlic, pepper and fish sauce. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with scallions and celery leaves.
