Ingredients

- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 Large Chicken Breast -- Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Quarts Water
- 1 Bunch Green Onion -- Chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients except green onions in a soup pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Sprinkle with green onion and serve.
