Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Chile Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 12 Leaves Basil -- or mint

Directions
|
heat all but the basil in saucepan until mixture has a syrupy consistency. stir in the leaves and serve hot. goes well with catfish or any other white fish.
