Cambodian - Marinated Beef With Lime Sauce (Loc Lac)

Ingredients

- 7 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Pounds Flank Steak -- cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Lime Lime Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions
|
Combine garlic, soy sauce, sugar & pepper in large bowl. Add beef, stir, marinate 30 mintues. In large skiillet heat oil, saute beef 3-4 minutes. Combine lime juice, water & pepper in small bowl, Turn heat off, toss on the lime mixture and serve over rice.
