Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 1 Pound Pork Tenderloin -- cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 Huge Onion -- wedged
- 2 Scallion -- finely chopped

Directions
|
Heat oil in wok. Add meat, saute 1 minute. Add fish sauce, sugar & vinegar, cook 1 minute. Add onion, stir fry 6 minutes. Remove from heat. serve over rice & scatter with scallions.
