Cambodian - Stir Fried Zucchini & Pork (Cha Clohk Nung Saik Chrouk)

Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Pound Pork
- 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Pounds Zucchini -- julienned
- 1 Large Egg -- beaten
- 1 Bunch Scallions -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Directions
|
Heat oil in large skillet, cook garlic 10 seconds. Add pork,, fish sauce, sugar and zucchini, cook 3 minutes, breaking up pork. Add egg and stir until egg is set. Remove from heat, sprinkle with scallions and peppers and serve.
