Chilean   -   Aji Paste   adapted from Three Generations of Chilean Cuisine by M Umana-Murray

  • 12 Whole Aji Peppers
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
Directions Seed peppers. Chop peppers coarsely and add to food processor. Add oil and process to paste. Store in glass jars in freezer.
