Chilean   -   Barros Luco   adapted from Three Generations of Chilean Cuisine by M Umana-Murray

  • 1/2 Pound Beef Steak Meat
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Small Aji Chiles -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 Slices Bread
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 2 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions Combine all ingredients like a sandwich and grill on griddle. Serve cut into bite-sized morsels.
