Chilean   -   Kuchen De Giundas (Lemon Cake Topped With Dark Cherries)   adapted from The Chilean Kitchen by Ruth Van Waerbeek-Gonzales

  • 1 Package Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Can Dark Cherries
  • 2 Tablespoons Kirsh -- Cherry Liquor
Directions Follow cake mix directions. Once cake is done, stir together the dark cherries and kirsh. Spread over the top of the cake and serve.
