Ingredients
  • 3 Pounds Chicken -- Cubed
  • 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano -- Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Paprika
  • 12 Large Olive -- Chopped
  • 2 Large Hard-Boiled Egg -- Chopped
  • 5 Medium Potato -- Cooked And Mashed
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese -- Optional
Directions Saute chicken, celery, parsley and oregano in oil until browned. Add beef, onions, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Saute for 10 minutes. Add paprika and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Place meat mixture into large baking dish. Top with a layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
