Chilean   -   Pebre (Chilean Hot Sauce)   adapted from Latin American Cooking

  • 1 Medium Onion -- quartered
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 8 Large Serrano Pepper -- seeded
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt -- to taste
Directions Pulse all ingredients in food processor so it is still chunky. Allow to stand at least 1 hour before using.
