- 1 Medium Onion -- quartered
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 8 Large Serrano Pepper -- seeded
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt -- to taste

Directions

Pulse all ingredients in food processor so it is still chunky. Allow to stand at least 1 hour before using.
