Chilean - Porotos Granados De La Senora Pilar (Lima Bean Casserole)

Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Lima Beans -- Cooked
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Can Tomatoes -- Chopped
- 1/2 Bunch Basil -- Chopped
- 2 Cans Chicken Broth
- 1 Medium Winter Squash -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Cup Corn
- 1 Medium Bell Pepper -- Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Basil

Directions

Saute fresh basil, bell pepper and tomato in oil for 5 minutes. Add broth and squash, simmer for 20 minutes. Add corn and beans, simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with the remaining basil
