Ingredients
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 2 Large Onion -- Sliced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons Oregano
  • 3 Cans Tomatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Cup Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
Directions Saute pork in oil, for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add onions, saute 8 minutes, add garlic, cumin, oregano, and tomatoes, simmer 45 minutes. Add corn, cilantro, parsley and jalapeno, simmer 15 minutes and serve.
