Chinese - Bean Sprout And Pork Soup

Ingredients

- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 8 Ounces Pork -- In Strips
- 8 Ounces Bean Sprouts
- 2 Cups Pork Or Chicken Stock
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
|
Heat oil and saute pork until well browned. Add sprouts, saute for 30 seconds. Add stock. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
