Chinese   -   Chinese Roast Pork   adapted from ethnic cuisine

  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
  • 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Root -- chopped
  • 1 Pound Pork Loin -- boneless
Directions 1. Combine sauce ingredients, mix well, pour over pork and marinate 2 hours.
2. Roast pork on a rack over a pan of hot water for 50 minutes at 350*.
3. Cut into thin slices, serve with duck sauce.
Serves 6
