Chinese - Chinese Roast Pork

Ingredients
|
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Dry Sherry
- 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Root -- chopped
- 1 Pound Pork Loin -- boneless

Directions
|
1. Combine sauce ingredients, mix well, pour over pork and marinate 2 hours. 2. Roast pork on a rack over a pan of hot water for 50 minutes at 350*. 3. Cut into thin slices, serve with duck sauce.
