Chinese   -   Egg And Prawn Foo Young   adapted from Cantonese Chinese Cooking by Margaret Leeming

  • 4 Medium Eggs -- Beaten
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Corn Meal
  • 8 Ounces Prawns
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 Medium Green Onions -- Chopped
Directions beat eggs with corn meal, add prawns, salt, sesame oil, and saute in oil until eggs are done, sprinkle with onions and serve.
