Chinese   -   Fried Beef With Bok Choy   adapted from Cantonese Chinese Cooking by Margaret Leeming

  • 8 Ounces Beef -- Cubed
  • 8 Ounces Bok Choy -- Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Rice Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
Directions MIx the teaspoon of soy sauce, rice wine, ginger, sugar and corn starch, pour over beef, and marinate for 1 hour. Saute in a little oil, the beef, until well browned on all sides, add bok choy, saute 3 minutes. add soy sauce, remove from heat and serve over rice.
