Chinese   -   Salt And Pepper Prawns   adapted from Barbecuing and Grilling

  • 2 Pounds Large Prawns
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Pepper
  • Oil -- for grill
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
Directions Prepare fire. Wash prawns and pat dry. Leave them in their shells. Lightly oil the prawns with peanut oil and lightly coat with salt and pepper. Place prawns on oiled grill over hot fire and grill until golden brown 3 minutes per side. Remove from fire and drizzle with sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.
