Chinese - Shiitake Mushroom Soup (China)

Ingredients
|
- 2 Cans Chicken Broth
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Package Shiitake Mushrooms -- sliced
- 2 Stalks Celery -- chopped
- 1 Cup Chinese Cabbage -- shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 8 Ounces Lo Mein Noodles
- Hot Sauce -- to taste

Directions
|
Saute celery, cabbage, garlic and mushrooms in oil until tender. Mix all ingredients except noodles in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Add noodles, boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 3 minutes. Serve with hot sauce on the side.
