Ingredients

- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Achiote
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Red Bell Pepper -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro -- finely chopped

Directions
|
Mix beef, salt, pepper and vinegar together. Heat oil in skillet and fry beef until brown. Add achiote, garlic, onion, bell pepper and cilantro. Continue to cook for 5 minutes or until all liquid has evaporated. Serve with tortillas.
