Ingredients

- 1 Pound Ground Pork
- 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cumin
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let refrigerate for 6 hours. Use or freeze as needed.
