Cuban   -   Chorizo   adapted from A Taste of Cuba by Linnette Creen

  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Cloves Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Cumin
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro -- chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
Directions Mix all ingredients in large bowl and let refrigerate for 6 hours. Use or freeze as needed.
