  • 2 Cans Black Beans -- drained
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Small Red Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes -- chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
Directions In small bowl combine and toss.
