Cuban   -   Ensalada Fria De Lentejas Ala Vinagretta   adapted from A Taste of Cuba by Linnette Creen

  • 1 Pound Lentils -- cooked
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
Directions Mix all ingredients together chill 1 hour.
Serves 8
