Ingredients

- 2 Jalapenos -- chopped
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese -- grated
- 1 Small Onion -- chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 16 Ounces Salsa

Directions
|
Make meatballs out of everything but salsa. Cook uncovered in 400* oven for 15-20 minutes. Use salsa as dipping sauce.
