Ingredients
  • 2 Jalapenos -- chopped
  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese -- grated
  • 1 Small Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 16 Ounces Salsa
Directions Make meatballs out of everything but salsa. Cook uncovered in 400* oven for 15-20 minutes. Use salsa as dipping sauce.
