Cuban   -   Pan Con Tomate Y Pimientos Morrones   adapted from A Taste of Cuba by Linnette Creen

  • 1 Package Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Lukewarm Water
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Pimientos -- diced
  • 1 Small Tomato -- diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions Place all ingredients in bread machine according to machine instructions and process on bread cycle.
