Cuban - Red Sauce For Black Beans (Cuba)

Ingredients
|
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Large Tomatoes -- chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Teaspoon Basil
- 2 Teaspoons Oregano
- Pepper -- to taste
- 3 Ounces Vinegar

Directions
|
saute tomatoes in olive for 5-10 minutes. stir in all other ingredients except vinegar. simmer on low heat for 30 minutes until sauce is thickened. remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in vinegar. Serve over rice.
