Czech - Hunters Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
|
- 12 Ounces Fresh Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 5 Strips Bacon -- chopped
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 5 Cups Broth
- 1 Cube Bouillon
- 4 Tablespoons Cream
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 1 Cup Red Wine
- Parsley -- finely chopped

Directions

Saute mushrooms, onions and bacon in oil until well browned. Sprinkle with flour. Add broth and bouillon. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream, salt, pepper and wine. Simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
