Czech - Letcho With Mushrooms

Ingredients
|
- 12 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1 Small Onion -- finely chopped
- 1 Small Green Pepper -- finely chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- 2 Large Tomatoes -- finely chopped
- 5 Large Eggs

Directions
|
Saute onion, mushrooms, peppers, salt and pepper. Saute for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Beat eggs and pour over. Allow to cook until eggs are set. Serve with sourdough bread.
