Czech - Poppy Seed Buns

Ingredients

- 1 Ounce Yeast
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 3 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Medium Egg Yolk
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- Nonstick Spray
- Filling
- 2/3 Cup Poppy Seeds
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Vanilla
- Sugar
- Cinnamon

Directions
|
Mix yeast, milk, sugar, flour, egg yolk, salt, and vegetable oil. Allow the dough rise and then form into small buns. Mix all filling ingredients together. Roll out bun and spread filling in the center of the bun. Fold over and seal. Allow to rise. Brush surface with egg. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve.
