Ingredients
|
- 3 Pounds Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Rice
- 1 Small Onion -- chopped
- 1 Medium Green Pepper -- chopped
- 8 Ounces Mushroom -- chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
- 1 Teaspoon Angostura Bitters

Directions
|
1. Saute chicken, rice onion & green pepper in olive oil. 2. Place mixture in botom of dutch oven, add mushrooms.] 3. Dissolve turmeric in 1 cup of broth. Add bitters, then add to pan. 4. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, covered. 5. Add second cup of broth and cook 15 minutes.
