Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Pork -- Cubed
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Bunch Green Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice -- Ground
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Clove -- Ground
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley -- Chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Medium Zucchini -- Sliced
  • 1 Medium Chayote Fruit -- Chopped
Directions Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic, jalapeno and lemon juice. Marinate for 30 minutes. Saute onions in oil for 2 minutes. Add pork and saute until well browned. Reserve marinade and vegetables. Add curry powder and allspice. Stir well. Add cloves, parsley, thyme and broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add marinade with vegetables. Serve with rice.
