Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Chicken -- Cubed
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • Salt -- To Taste
  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Pound Corn Kernels
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 1 Bunch Green Onion -- Chopped
Directions Marinate chicken in garlic, hot pepper and salt for 30 minutes. Bring broth to a boil, add chicken and marinade, thyme, onion, and sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add green onions. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
