Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Chicken -- Cubed
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
- Salt -- To Taste
- 6 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Pound Corn Kernels
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Bunch Green Onion -- Chopped

Directions
|
Marinate chicken in garlic, hot pepper and salt for 30 minutes. Bring broth to a boil, add chicken and marinade, thyme, onion, and sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add green onions. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
