Ingredients

- 1 Cup Uncooked Rice -- cooked
- 2 Large Chicken Breast -- cubed
- 1 Medium Avocado -- chopped
- 2 Large Tomato -- chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 1 Cup Parsley -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

Saute garlicl, onions & chicken until chicken is thoroughly browned. Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley & serve.
