Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Small Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon Basil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Dash Msg -- optional
  • Oil -- for frying
  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Cube Bouillion
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sherry
  • Parsley -- to garnish
Directions Marinate chicken with onion,m garlic, salt and pepper basil, ginger, worcestershire & MSG. 1 hour, refrigerated. Saute chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove to baking dish. In skillet, add remaining ingredients except parsley. Simmer until it becomes thick and makes a nice sauce. Pour sauce on chicken breasts. Bake for 1 hour. 350*. Garnish with fresh parsley.
