Ingredients

- 1 Pound Kidney Beans -- Cooked
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Pound Ham -- Cubed
- 1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Pound Rice -- Cooked

Directions
|
Saute ham in oil for 5 minutes. Add beans, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper and butter. Stir until butter melts. Add rice and saute for 5 minutes. Serve.
