Ingredients
|
- 1 Small Onion -- chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 Pound Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
- 1 Can Cocktail Shrimp -- (4 oz) drained
- 1 Dash Cayenne Pepper
- Tortilla Chips

Directions
|
Saute onion in oil until soft. Add rotel tomatoes, when mixture startes to steam, add cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Stir in shrimp and cayenne. Use tortilla chips to dip.
