Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound Corn Beef -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Beef -- Chopped
  • 2 Pounds Pigeon Peas -- Cooked
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 2 Large Shallot -- Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
  • 3 Ounces Millet
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
Directions Cover both types of beef with beef broth, bring to a boil, simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingedients, simmer for another 20 minutes. serve.
