Ingredients

- 1/2 Pound Corn Beef -- Chopped
- 1 Pound Beef -- Chopped
- 2 Pounds Pigeon Peas -- Cooked
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Large Shallot -- Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
- 3 Ounces Millet
- 2 Tablespoons Butter

Directions
|
Cover both types of beef with beef broth, bring to a boil, simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingedients, simmer for another 20 minutes. serve.
