Ingredients

- 2 Pounds Goat Or Lamb -- Cubed
- 1 Lime Lime Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1 Medium Tomato -- Chopped
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

Directions

Sprinkle meat with lime juice. Melt butter and saute meat until well browned. Add onion and garlic, saute for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
