Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds Goat Or Lamb -- Cubed
  • 1 Lime Lime Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
  • 1 Medium Tomato -- Chopped
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Sprinkle meat with lime juice. Melt butter and saute meat until well browned. Add onion and garlic, saute for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
