Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
  • 1 Small Green Pepper -- chopped
  • 12 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons Pimiento -- diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese -- softened
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • Toast Slices -- cut into points
  • Parsley -- to garnish
Directions Saute garlic, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in the margarine until transparent. Add cream cheese, stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients to dip, combine thoroughly. Serve garnished with parsley.
