Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Margarine
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
- 1 Medium Onion -- chopped
- 1 Small Green Pepper -- chopped
- 12 Ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Pimiento -- diced
- 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese -- softened
- 1 Teaspoon Curry Powder
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- Toast Slices -- cut into points
- Parsley -- to garnish

Directions
|
Saute garlic, onion, green pepper and mushrooms in the margarine until transparent. Add cream cheese, stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients to dip, combine thoroughly. Serve garnished with parsley.
