Ingredients
|
- 8 Ounces Chickpeas -- Cooked
- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Medium Onion -- Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- Salt -- To Taste
- 3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk -- Optional

Directions
|
Combine all ingredients except milk and simmer for 20 minutes. Add milk if using and bring to a serving temperature. Remove from heat and puree in batches. Place back in soup pan and return to a serving temperature.
