- 4 Leaves Fresh Basil
- 20 Rose Petals -- or ***
- 2 Tablespoons Rose Water
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper -- to taste
- Lemon Juice -- to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Raspberry Vinegar

Directions

Julienne the basil & rose petals. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, chill & serve.
