Carribean and Tropical   -   Snappy Shrimp   adapted from unknown

  • 1 Pound Small Shrimp -- peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chives -- chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic -- chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Margarine
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sherry
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese -- grated
Directions Saute chives and garlic in margarine until tender. Add shrimp and simmer until pink. Add salt and sherry, sprinkle cheese over top. Serve as appetizers.
