Carribean and Tropical   -   Sugar Reef's Chicken (Haiti)   adapted from Tropical Cookbook

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt And Pepper -- to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Malt Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Packet Sazon Goya Brand Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
Directions In food processor place all ingredients but chicken. Puree. Marinate chicken in sauce overnight.
Bake chicken at 400* for 40 minutes.
