Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • 1 Pound Ground Pork -- mixed with
  • 2 Teaspoons Tapioca Flour
  • 6 Ounces Shrimp -- deveined & diced
  • 1/3 Cup Matsuke Mushrooms -- diced
  • 3/4 Cup Bamboo Shoots -- diced
  • 2 Tablespoons White Wine
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Tapioca Flour
  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • Pepper -- to taste
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 Tablespoons Cilantro -- finely chopped
  • 70 Egg Roll Skins
Directions Saute in oil, pork, shirmp, mushrooms and bambo shoots until pork is dark brown. Add remaining ingredietns. Cook until sauce thickens. Place in bowl and refrigerate over night. Place 12 teaspoon in center of wrapper, fold in half to create cresecnet. Seal and steam 6i minutes.
