Danish   -   Danish Beer Bread   adapted from Ethnic Breads

  • 3/4 Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 3/4 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Rye Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Beer
Directions Place all ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manual. Process on bread cycle.
