  • 2 Cups Yellow Split Peas
  • 1 Quart Chicken Stock
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Pound Bacon -- Chopped
  • 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
  • 3 Medium Leeks -- Chopped
  • 3 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
  • 3 Medium Potatoes -- Chopped
  • 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
  • 1 Pound Canadian Bacon -- Chopped
  • 4 Ounces Vienna Sausages -- Chopped (Optional)
  • Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Directions Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour. Serve.
