- 2 Cups Yellow Split Peas
- 1 Quart Chicken Stock
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Pound Bacon -- Chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery -- Chopped
- 3 Medium Leeks -- Chopped
- 3 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
- 3 Medium Potatoes -- Chopped
- 1 Large Onion -- Chopped
- 1 Pound Canadian Bacon -- Chopped
- 4 Ounces Vienna Sausages -- Chopped (Optional)
- Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
